MONDAYS

9:00AM – BEG. BALLET – STARTS JULY 8TH, CALL NOW!!

10:00AM - ADVANCED TAP -  Tap rhythms into quad time .  Cardiotapdance® warm-up.

11:00AM - INTERMEDIATE TAP 2 - Tap rhythms into triple time.  A good class to join if you have a tap background, but have not taken class in a while.

12:15PM AFTERNOON – RICHARD SIMMONS STYLE AEROBIC DANCE TO MUSIC FROM THE 50s – 80s STARTS JULY 12  CALL NOW!!!

6:00PM – ADVANCED TAP -   Attendance to this class is Invitation Only.  Cardiotapdance® warm-up.  Advanced/Professional tappers please call for an invitation to participate in this class :)

7:00PM - INTERMEDIATE  TAP 1- the tap dance syllabus, half time, single time and syncopated single time rhythms have been learned.  Using all basics in double time for technique exercises.

6:00PM -CARDIOTAPDANCE® INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED TAP – All of the Advanced Tap Classes warm up with Cardiotapdance Technique, but this class will do 30-40 minutes with ALL FITNESS CARDIOTAPDANCE® !!! Yay!

GROUP LESSONS IN SHAG, FOX TROT, SWING OR NIGHT CLUB 2-STEP – $100 PER COUPLE – 4 OR 6 couples at a time, 4 week courses. You organize your group with payment in advance. No refunds.
